We have LOTS of great options to get your healthy snack on. Here's all the different ways you can get your Buff Baking!

1. Thunder Bay Country Market: We are open downstairs at the Thunder Country Market on Saturdays from 8AM-1PM and on Wednesdays from 3:30-6:30 PM.

2. Online: Shop here for our FULL MENU. Anything ordered on the website will be ready for pick up at Synergee Fitness within 72 hours or at the Thunder Bay Country Market. Indicate your pick up location and all food allergies/sensitives in the notes at check-out.

3. In store: Our pick up location is inside Synergee Fitness. We also have ready made treats available for walk in purchase daily. These items vary but will be posted on social media daily so follow us to see what's available. You can also call, message or e-mail at any time to find out what's left 

4. Safeway, Thunder Bay Airport, Vitality Natural Food Market, Kelly's Nutrition: Check out our Peanut Butter Protein Balls, Keto Cups & Protein Muffins.
