Summer Updates

It's already the last week of July and we're in the full swing of summer.  We've been having a great time in the sunshine and enjoying the extra Wednesday markets :)  This week, we've got some new hours coming up and we're also highlighting some of our favourite summer treats!

Buff Bakery At the CrossFit Games

We're heading to the CrossFit Games next week.  Online orders will be on hold during that time and orders placed between July 30th and August 6th will be fulfilled on August 8th.  Our booth at Thunder Bay Country Market will also be closed August 1st & 4th.  You'll still be able to find some treats at all of our vendors (Vitality, Maltese, Kelly's, Iron Performance and Synergee).  We recommend stocking up this weekend!  We're taking orders online until Sunday and everything is freezer friendly.

Moose Hall Markets

Thunder Bay Country Market will be moving to the Moose Hall for the CLE.  We will be at the Moose Hall August 1,4,8 & 11.  Although our booth won't be open for the first two, stop by the new location and visit all the other vendors!  We will be a the Moose August 8 & 11.

Our Favourite Summer Treats

Keto Cups - These guys are best kept in the freezer and when you want a treat on a hot summer day, they're the perfect option.  Very low in carbohydrates as well they only have 1 gram of carbs per cup!

Strawberry Shortcake Protein Muffins - A perfect breakfast option when you're having a busy, on the go morning.  These muffins are gluten free and have some extra protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied all morning.

Protein Balls - Whether you're heading to camp, out for a hike, packing snacks for your kids, these are super transportable.  They're filled with lots of great stuff like chia, flax, whey protein and oats.  We've got four great flavours too!  Chocolate, Coconut Raisin, Cinnamon Bun and Sweet & Salty.

Stop by the booth this weekend and stock up!  It will be our last Saturday at the Dove Building for a few weeks.  If there is something specific you're after, we will ba taking online orders until July 30th.  We're excited for August and have a few new things in the works.  Hope everyone is having a great summer so far :)
