Father's Day

Father's Day is this week and we've been getting prepared all week.  There are so many incredible fathers out there and I love the idea of having a day to celebrate them.  I'll admit, we have some pretty incredible dads in our family :) 

Our aim at Buff Bakery is to provide a variety of treats to suit many different needs.  We have options for Diabetic, Celiac, Keto and those wanting some extra protein.  This week, I thought we'd break down some of our top cakes and highlight their health points.  If you have a dad with some special dietary needs this weekend, we can help!

Keto Cake - A super rich, moist chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting.  Very low in carbohydrates, this cake is made with almond flour, olive oil, eggs, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract and coconut oil.  Frosting is done with cream cheese, greek yogurt and stevia.  Our Keto Cake comes in 8 slices, each one clocks in at only 6 grams of carbohydrates per slice and is gluten free.

Protein Cake - If you like sweet, this one is for you!  Vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.  This cake is awesome because it's low in in calories and packs a decent protein punch.  Only 100 calories per slice with 12 grams of carbohydrates and 9 grams of protein.  Another added perk - it's gluten free!

Protein Cheesecakes - We have a wide variety of Protein Cheesecakes to suit all kinds of taste buds!  Cookies & Cream, S'mores, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Strawberry & White Chocolate Raspberry.  If you like cheesecake, you'll be pleasantly surprised by these guys :) What's amazing about our Protein Cheesecake is that it really packs a decent protein punch.  Anywhere from 14-20 grams per slice.
